Prices displayed on our website are in UD dollars and do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless otherwise specified.
Orders are subject to acceptance by Aurora Audio LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment terms will be specified in your quote. Typically, a deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipment. We accept wire transfers, certified checks, and major credit cards.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Aurora Audio LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers labor and parts required to repair or replace defective products.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. For full warranty terms and conditions, please contact us.
